This training incorporates the highly acclaimed «Courageous Conversations About Race» protocol, known for its effectiveness in facilitating open and constructive dialogues on racial equity and social justice and the Oregon State University Nine Competences for Inclusive Leadership

Grounded in Glenn E. Singleton’s acclaimed framework, this training utilizes the Courageous Conversations Protocol to guide participants through structured, honest, and brave discussions about race. It provides a safe space for individuals to explore their own biases, acknowledge privilege, and gain a deeper understanding of systemic racism.
Through engaging workshops, group discussions, and experiential activities, participants will examine the intersections of race, power, privilege, and oppression. They will learn to recognize the impact of these dynamics within their organizations and communities.
